After the meeting, Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajendra Rathore briefed the media-persons about the Cabinet decisions, saying that to give legal recognition to Yoga and Naturopathy Medical Practice the Rajasthan Deshiy Chikitsa (Sansodhan) Vidheyak -2015 would be introduced in the State Assembly during the upcoming session. With this bill, registration of eligible practitioners of Yoga and Naturopathy would be possible and it would offer legal protection to such medical practices, he said.
Rathore said that the Cabinet also approved drafts of two separate bills, The Rajasthan Special Backward Classes (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutes in the State and of Appointments and Posts in Services under the State) Bill, 2015 and The Rajasthan Economically Backward Classes (Reservation of Seats in Educational Institutes in the State and of Appointments and Posts in Services under the State) Bill, 2015.  These two bills would be introduced in the impending Assembly Session, he added.
The Parliamentary Affairs Minister said that some people file petitions in the courts with vested interests or to serve political ambitions, which would show governance in poor light on one side and cause misuse of judicial process on the other. He said that Rajasthan would be the 5th state in the country to have such an Act after Maharashtra, Goa, Tamil Nadu and Madhya Pradesh. This bill would also be introduced in the State Assembly during the coming Session, he said.
Rathore further said that the Cabinet also approved Rajasthan Sanskrit Education State and Subordinate Service (School Section) Rules – 2015. As per new rules, proposals were being made for recruitment of employees to be done either by Rajasthan Public Service Commission or Rajasthan Subordinate and Ministerial Staff Selection Board instead of directly by the department, he said.
