Kolkata, Altogether 163 candidates
have so far filed nomination papers for the fifth and final phase of Lok Sabha
election in West Bengal on May 12, Election Commission officials said here
today.The 17 Lok Sabha
constituencies that will go to the poll in the fifth phase are Behrampore,
Krishnagar, Ranaghat, Bongaon, Barrackpore, Dum Dum, Barasat, Basirhat,
Jaynagar, Mathurapur, Diamond Harbour, Jadavpur, Kolkata (South), Kolkata
(North), Tamluk, Contai and Ghatal.
