PM candidate Narendra Modi has now attacked the UPA over the issue of India’s
most wanted underworld don, Dawood Ibrahim.
In an interview to
Gujarati channel Sandesh News, Modi has questioned weather a press note needs
to be issued to bring in Dawood Ibrahim.He was asked for his comments on Home
Minister Sushil Kumar Shide’s statement that Ibrahim was hiding in Pakistan and
will be arrested soon.In response, Modi said, “Did America issue a press note
before the Bin Laden operation? Did they hold a press conference?” He further
slammed the Home Minister for ‘giving statements to the press instead of
acting.’
