New Delhi/Jaipur,
Justice Dinesh Maheshwari, Judge of the High Court of Rajasthan has been
transferred to the Allahabad High Court . In exercise of the powers conferred
by Clause (1) of Article 222 of the Constitution of India, the President, after
consultation with the Chief Justice of India has directed Justice Dinesh
Maheshwari to assume charge of his office in the Allahabad High Court on or
before 21st July, 2014.
