Jaipur, The Governor Shri Kalyan Singh administered the
oath of office and secrecy to 14 Ministers-designate at a function held at
Rajbhawan here on Monday. These included
four Cabinet Ministers, six Ministers of State (independent charge) and four
Ministers of State.
The Chief Minister
Smt.Vasundhara Raje announced the names of the Ministers-designate. The
Governor administered the oath of office and secrecy to the Ministers-designate
one by one. After the oath, the documents of the oath were signed by the
Ministers and the Governor.
The Swearing in ceremony
was attended by the Speaker of Rajasthan Vidhan Sabha Shri Kailash Meghwal, the
State Council of Ministers, MPs, MLAs, Public Representatives, Judges, senior
officers of administration and police, various dignitaries and people in large
number from rural and urban areas. In the beginning the Chief Secretary Shri
Rajiv Mehrishi requested the Governor to administer the oath to the Ministers.
