SriGanganagar,Lieutenant General Arun Kumar Sahni, General Officer Commanding-in-Chief, Sapta Shakti Command visited Amogh Division on 23 & 24 Feb 2015.  He was accompanied by Lieutenant General PM Hariz, General Officer Commanding, Chetak Corps.

          The Army Commander reviewed the ongoing training and infrastructure development projects of the Amogh Division including Abohar, Lalgarh Jattan & Sriganganagar Military Stations.  He was briefed on the measures undertaken to enhance the quality of life of the troops and creation of a stress free and congenial atmosphere.  He was happy to see various initiatives and welfare projects created in the Military Stations to include parks, play fields, Wi-Fi zone and water sports facility.

           He congratulated all ranks of the Amogh Division for their sustained hard work and excellent standards demonstrated.  During his interaction with the troops he exhorted all ranks to maintain the highest level of readiness to deal with any situation.
