Various Decisions Taken in State Cabinet Meeting
Jaipur, The State cabinet has decided that the
direct recruitment examination for the third grade teacher shall be conducted
by the agency prescribed by the state government instead of Zila Parishads. The
cabinet also decided that the state government can transfer any employee of the
Panchayat Samiti and Zila Parishads from one Panchayat Samiti or Zila Parishad
to other place of posting within the same Panchayat Samit area. For these
decisions amendment ordinance in section 89 and 90 of Rajasthan Panchayati Raj
Act, 1994 shall be brought named Rajasthan Panchayati Raj (3rd Amendment)
Ordinance, 2015.
Various other decisions were also taken during
the cabinet meeting held on Tuesday at CMO. The meeting was presided over by
Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhara Raje.
Parliamentary Affairs Minister Rajendra
Rathore while addressing the media after the cabinet meeting informed that
decision was taken regarding transfer of matters related to legal metrology
from Industry department to Consumer Affairs department. Cabinet also gave
approval to change in the name of designation as Assistant Prosecution Officer
from the existing Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade-II under Rajasthan
Prosecution Subordinate Service (Second Amendment) Rules, 2015. The designation
of Assistant Public Prosecutor Grade-I shall be changed as Prosecution Officer
under Rajasthan Prosecution Service (Amendment) Rules, 2015.
Shri Rathore informed that during the cabinet
meeting the progress of Revenue Lok Adalats under Nyay Aapke Dwar campaign was
reviewed and satisfaction was expressed over the progress made during the 13
days. He informed that during the campaign revenue matters pending for the
years have been disposed off. Pending revenue matters related to four Gram
Panchayats of Raniwara sub-division of Jalore district have been disposed
during the campaign. All the four gram panchayats have become revenue cases
free gram panchayats.
The Parliamentary Affairs Minister informed that
cabinet approved exemption from entry tax to Manipal University Jaipur and
Manipal Integrated Services Pvt. Ltd. for three years from September 3, 2013.
Approval was also given to provide 9 percent interest subsidy on loan amount,
50% exemption in electricity duty for 10 years and 100% exemption in stamp duty
and VAT on raw material to Vallabh Pitti Group under RIPS, 2014 to set up an
industrial spinning unit having the capacity of 2 lakh spindles in Jhalawar.
The cabinet also gave approval to 100% exemption from Mandi Tax to Goyal
Proteins Ltd to set up venture of innovative nature that will produce high
value added soya products in Kesar village of Kota.
