Jaipur, Chief
Minister Vasundhara Raje has said that Rajasthan would prove its identity as a
world-class state due its competent young generation. She said that the young
people should dream, believe in these dreams and make committed efforts to
realise such dreams. Rajasthan would excel with its youth realizing their
dreams.
Raje was addressing a function on the occasion of
inauguration of a new Water Heater Plant of Havells company at Neemrana, Alwar
on Saturday. She said that for a quality job one was required to provide
quality service. And for this, our youth should have a vision with highly
technical skills, she said. 'I have confidence in our skilled children and
they would prove their mettle by succeeding and establishing their unique
identity the world, the CM said.
The Chief Minister called upon the entrepreneurs to
provide skill training the young people and thus create a talent pool so that
the youth get employment as per their competence and thinking along with the
entrepreneurs themselves getting trained manpower. She said that the innovative
steps taken towards labour reforms had increased employment opportunities in
the state.
Raje said that the aim of
Public-Private-Partnership (PPP) model in health and education sectors was to
provide quality services in the rural interiors. She called upon the
entrepreneurs to come forward for operating CHCs, PHSc and schools under PPP
mode and provide excellent services to the people. She said that the government
would have a close watch on the PPP operated services and ensure that the
public was actually benefited of these services.
The CM said that various industries established at
Neemrana, available facilities and employment generation was a proof of
Rajasthan progressing ahead on the path of development. She invited the
entrepreneurs to participate in the Resurgent Rajasthan meeting scheduled to be
held in November this year.
Raje said that she was happy to learn that Havells
was manufacturing 55% of its products in Rajasthan. She also welcomed the steps
undertaken by the company as its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)
activities for providing mid-day meal in 656 schools and also constructing
bio-degradable toilets in next two years. Prior to this, the Chief Minister inaugurated the
Havells Water Heater Plant and took a tour of the establishment. She also
planted a tree in the plant campus. In the beginning, CMD of Havells Company Anil
Rai Gupta welcomed the CM. He said that Havells Neemrana plant was fully automatic
and it had world-class technology. Food and Civil Supplies Minister Hem Singh Bhadana,
MLAs, public representatives, senior administrative or police officials and
industrialists were present on this occasion.
