Udaipur/Jaipur, Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhar
Raje has said that self-employment course will be started at college level so
that youth could become capable to start their own business and can provide
employment to others also.
Smt. Raje was addressing
the gathering during Jansunvai of ‘Sarkar Aapke Dwar’ programme at Choti Sadri
town of Pratapgarh district on Thursday. She said during her last regime she
had made efforts to connect youth with employment through skill development
programme and it had yielded positive results. This scheme got appreciation
from the then UPA government in the centre and now it is being given big
platform by Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi.
MLAs, MPs Contribute
from Their Funds for Ambulances:
Smt. Raje appealed to
all MPs and MLAs that they can provide Ambulances in their constituencies from
their Local Area Development Funds. It will give relief to the people of their
area. She also dedicated to the public Ambulance made available by Rajya Sabha
MP Shri V P Singh from his MPLAD.
Upbhokta Bhandar &
Fair Price Shops to Connect with Banking Facility:
The Chief Minister said
state government will modernize Sahkari Upbhokta Bhandars and Fair Price Shops
and connect them with banks so that people can avail banking services also.
Tax Necessary for Development:
Smt. Raje said tax is
necessary for development because the condition in which the previous
government had left the state is known to all. She said all should participate
in increasing the revenue of the state.
Review Our Work in these Five Years:
The Chief Minister said
changes could not be made in a day and assured that people will see changes
soon. She said work of her government should be reviewed, but not in five
months but in the five years.
Prepare A List of Government Buildings Lying
Unused After Construction:
Smt. Raje directed the
officials to prepare a list of government buildings which are lying unused
after construction so that an integrated plan could be made for proper use of
these buildings. She said list of these buildings should be sent to all
departments so that whenever there is a requirement for a building firt of all
possibilities should be found for proper use of the buildings lying unused.
Visit of Krishi Vigyan Kendra:
Chief Minister also
visited Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Basad Farm in Pratapgarh and closely watched the
innovations and new experiments being made by the agriculture scientist at this
centre. She also visited vermi compost unit at the centre and asked the scientists
to provide special training to women so that they can become self-reliant in
agriculture.
Sudden Vist of Anganbadi Centre:
Chief Minister made
sudden inspection of Anganbadi Centre at Mathura Taalab Gram Panchayat in
Pratapgarh. Looking at the shabby condition of the Anganbadi she asked
officials to construct new building after demolishing it. She asked village
Sarpanch Shri Gangaram to make arrangement for the running of this
Anganbadi in Gram Panchayat building premise untill the new building is constructed.
Smt. Raje also visited
Kisan Seva Kendra under construction in Mathura Taalab Gram Panchayat and asked
collector to start the construction work again. The villagers had informed her
that the construction work was halted last month.
She also made inspection
of the water tank constructed under Janta Jal Yojana and which is not being
used for a long time. She asked Sarpanch to prepare villagers for the use of
this tank and assured him that the tank would be repaired if villagers agree to
use the tank.
CM Visits Kalaji Ved Peeth in Nimbahera:
Smt. Raje visited Kalaji
Ved Peeth and Research Institute at Nimbahera and gave offering in Yagna in the
premise of the Ved Peeth. She also asked the manager of the Institute to foucus
on consrvation and research work in literature and digitization of the
library.
