is great growth happening in the economies of small towns the tier-II and
tier-III cities. The next wave of growth for the Indian aviation industry is
going to come from them as small town airports will not only help the aviation
industry to increase its geographical footprint but also unlock the untapped
markets. We operate the highest number of flights into smaller destinations in
the market today and we are now focusing on elevating these regional cities on
to our international radar too. Dubai being our key focus for the Middle East
market we wanted to create a differentiating factor and hence a direct flight on
the Jaipur – Dubai route. We are very bullish on these routes getting popular
and hope to replicate similar networking for other destinations as well.”
