Congress shivering, knows it will have to pay for misdeeds: Modi

Shehzade (Rahul) is insulting him day in and out
Jaipur, Claiming that Congress was "shivering" at the prospect of his taking charge, Narendra Modi on Monday warned its leaders that will have to pay for their "misdeeds" after May 16.
The BJP's Prime Ministerial candidate said it was common for different parties to make alliance to unseat the ruling party but parties were now coming together to stop him from coming to power. "Do you know why? Congress is shivering. They know where they will have to go after May 16 (the day of counting of votes). They have looted a lot. They will have to account for it," he said at a public rally in the Rajasthan district. Taking aim at Congress President Sonia Gandhi, he said she was "sacrificing" the country for the sake of her son Rahul Gandhi.

"Mothers in this land of the brave vie with each other to sacrifice their sons for the country. There is a mother in Delhi who is sacrificing the country for her son," he said without naming Gandhi. The region, comprising Sikar, Jhunjhunu, Churu, and nearby areas are home to thousands of families whose members are either serving or have served in the defence forces.

Modi used the occasion of Bhim Rao Ambedkar's birth anniversary today to target Rahul Gandhi, accusing him of "insulting" the Dalit icon by claiming credit for giving several rights to people and said it was Ambedkar who gave all the rights to people in the Constitution drafted by him."If Ambedkar had not given us rights, then a man from extremely backward caste like me would not have stood here before you... Shehzade (Rahul) is insulting him day in and out. He keeps telling people that I give you these rights, those Acts.... "If the government of Madam Sonia had given us all rights enshrined in the Constitution, then citizens of the country would not have come to this situation," he said.
