Jaipur, Chief Minister Smt. Vasundhara Raje has
said that development and management of the temple of Lord Shri Nath Ji in
Nathdwara should be on the line of Tirupati Balaji temple so that devotees and
tourists who come to Nathdwara can get facilities.
Smt. Raje was addressing
a meeting related to development plan of Nathdwara temple at Railway Training
Institute in Udaipur on Tuesday. She said the first phase of the beautification
and expansion of the temple has been completed. She gave direction for
completion of remaining development works of Govardhan Parikrama, Lal Bagh and
other places. She said local residents should be taken in confidence for the
development works being carried out in Nathdwara.
The Chief Minister said
there should be beautiful plantation on the forest land of the hill situated
opposite Govardhan Mountain. She asked to complete the work of the 120 feet
wide road which is being constructed to reach temple till May, 2015. She said sewerage
project should also be completed early so that river water remains clean and
water treated here could also be used for other purposes.
